Another version of the popular wooden blinds is the Penolium blind, which fold up like a Roman blind and is most commonly made from real wood with a valanced top. Can either be custom made to size or bought as a ready made.

Roller

There is a vast choice of roller blinds on offer in both custom and ready made finishes. With the custom made option we have the ability to laminate most fabrics to match any curtains or pelmets you may also have at your windows. Blackout roller blinds are also very popular to complement the current trend for light weight fabrics.

Roman

Roman blinds are still the most popular type of blind being used today. These can be made from a variety of fabrics and can be supplied with either the simple baton and cleat fixing or the more advanced Tavistock chain systems. Why not insert a blackout lining if using in a bedroom.

Venetian blinds - Wooden

Venetian blinds - Metal

Every venetian blind is made to measure and we are experienced in dressing all types of windows to make the most of the light and space within a room. We offer a variety of slat widths and a choice of cords and toggles for the all important finishing touches.

We offer 4 slat widths in either 16mm/25mm/35mm/50mm from 4 different manufactures

• 16mm slat – very fine almost invisible when tilted in the open position
• 25mm slim and sophisticated, giving subtle fine lines of colour when open
• 35mm – a wider choice for those wanting to follow the trend
• 50mm makes a robut blind, ideal for very large windows and long drops

Vertical

Vertical blinds are a simple and sleek option to dress any size of window, including larger windows and patio doors. Their perfect straight lines allow superb light control and great privacy, being easy to control and drawing completely out the way when you wish to expose the full window. The Amovertical blind collection includes a huge variety of textures, other manufactures available are Lonsdale Blinds, Blind Express and Richard Barrie.

Panel Blinds

Panel blinds are the modern alternative to Vertical blinds. These stylish blinds are ideal for large windows or patio doors, they simply slide back and forth.

Panel blinds sit neatly behind each other when open to allow maximum light into your home and overlap when closed to keep out the sun. Like vertical blinds they can be stacked to the left, right or split in the midde, making them ideal to be used as room dividers to create distinctive areas in open plan homes or over large areas of glass such as folding or patio doors.

Perfect Fit Blinds

Perfect Fit blinds have been created specifically for use with UPVC window and door frames. The blinds fit in a clever inner frame within the existing UPVC frame, meaning that the blinds move with the window rather than having to constantly reposition or move the blind when you need to open or close a window or door.

For tilt and turn windows where traditional blinds can be cumbersome, Perfect Fit is a must to let the light and air flow into your home whilst still giving privacy and shade control when you need it. The careful tailoring of these blinds to fit the contours of your windows perfectly reduces gaps between the blind and window to eliminate light seepage and give a flawless result. Perfect Fit blinds are available in pleated or venetian styles.

Austrian and Festoon blinds are an ideal solution to furnish that awkward bedroom window, with their scallop’s of fabric giving a voluptuous look. These types of blinds are custom made in our workrooms.
